On Saturday 28th July Traditional Beams will be taking part in an experience unlike any other!

We are going to surpass our limits and step out of our comfort zone and all for a good cause.

Teesside Hospice is a local charity and their care is available for anyone suffering from a life-limiting illness. This includes conditions such as cancer, respiratory disease, heart disease, Parkinson’s, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis and end stage dementia. 

We want to give back!

We will be taking team building to the next level. The full Tough Mudder is a 10 mile run alongside 20 obstacles designed to test physical strength, stamina, and mental grit. The strength of one person is nothing compared to the power of a team! This obstacle course includes 500,000 litres of mud and 40 tons of ice!
