Gripit and Hafele Concealed Brackets: Our plasterboard fixings for shelves are designed specifically so the shelf stays in place securely. Each of our drywall shelves comes with Hafele concealed brackets, paired with Gripit plasterboard fixings, making them compatible with 9mm - 15mm plasterboard walls. Our Gripit fixings expand behind the board, creating a robust anchor for distributing the load safely. 

Weight Capacity: Using two concealed brackets and four Gripit fixings, our plasterboard shelves can support up to 20kg, including the shelf weight.

Shelf Sizes and Bespoke Custom Options

Standard Sizes: You can choose from a variety of lengths with our plasterboard shelving, ranging from 60cm to 180cm (2ft to 5ft 1 in), with depths of around 15cm to 30cm (6in to 12in), depending on the exact style. 

Made-to-Measure: If you can’t find the right size for your requirements, you can opt for our bespoke made-to-measure service, allowing you to select your preferred shelf type, length, and depth. Order a size larger than needed and leave a note at checkout with your exact measurements. You can also contact us, and our team will be more than happy to help you create custom shelves.

Fixing shelves to plasterboard can be tricky, but our specially designed mounting brackets ensure secure, easy installation. Our shelves are designed so you don’t need to locate studs - instead, Griptfir Brown fixings and adjustable Hafele concealed brackets work together for strong, reliable support. 

Our innovative Gripit brown plasterboard fixings expand beyond the plasterboard, producing a super-strong anchor, so weight is distributed evenly.

The Hafele concealed brackets seamlessly slide into the shelf fixings, allowing for a flush, bracket-free look, all the while supporting weights up to 20kg per shelf.

In line with our eco policy, our workshop follows a strict zero-waste approach, with every offcut reused or recycled responsibly. We also plant a tree for every £50 spent, helping us give back to the environment.
