The three bay full hip and catslide design of oak framed garage offers the combination of the three sizeable bays, the full hip design and the addition of the catslide for extra capacity. As the kit design is under 4m high, it often doesn’t require planning permission. This high-quality structure is made with precision engineering using the best quality European Green oak and is constructed using time honoured joint systems to add authenticity and longevity.
This large garage structure, style C03, will make an attractive addition to your home but is also a very practical building. The use of 215mm front posts and sole-plates means you can add standard sized bricks for the plinth and the brace style, set back, allows doors to be added very easily. While the kit contains both rafters and studwork, these can be substituted to a softwood if desired and the roofing material of your choice simply needs to be added to complete the look. We also offer optional cladding if needed.

Not to be confused with the lower end of the market, we have aspired to recreate the detail and strength of a hand-crafted bespoke oak frame building as a pre-cut kit.

BRICK-WIDTH SOLEPLATE & UPRIGHTS
The uprights of our kits are 215mm, to match that of a standard brick size, ensuring the build is easier without custom bricks. The beam integrates seamlessly with the brick plinth, so doors can be mounted directly.
