End Grain Oak Side Table

2017’s Hero Products

Happy New Year from the Traditional Beams team – we hope you had a great Christmas break and are looking forward to what the year has in store. Now that 2017 is officially behind us, we thought we’d share with you some of our best selling hero products from 2017.

1. Aged Oak Floating Shelves

We’ve seen these classic shelves put up in all kinds of homes this year and for good reason – they’re great for some extra storage space and can be decorated with things like candles, books and plants alike. If you’re thinking about making them a feature in your home this new year, we’ve written a blog post about some of the ways you could style them. You can read it here.

2. Oak Fireplace Mantel

This fireplace beam is another stand out from 2017. Like the rustic shelves it lends itself perfectly to being dressed with home accessories but more often than not, it’s been a statement in itself for most of our customers. Even before it’s dressed, it makes for an elegant and sophisticated addition to any fireplace.

3. Oak Side Tables

Both the larger and smaller models of this oak side table have definitely been some of our best sellers over the last year too. Handcrafted in Yorkshire, they’re made to last but the unusual, angular steel legs and thick oak top are what really make them stand out. From a perch for a nice glass of wine by the sofa to a lamp table in a hallway, we’ve seen them used in all kinds of ways. The smaller of the two tables is actually on sale as we speak too!

Solid oak flooring, our Cross Leg Dining Table and our structural air dried oak beams are just some of the other products from our range that have proved popular this year and we can’t wait to share more of our products, expertise and advice with you in 2018.

Have you got any of these in your home? We’d love to see how you’ve styled them. Tweet us your pictures @traditionalbeams or send them to us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/traditionalbeams.
