What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving delivery. Just post the item back to us and we’ll refund you. Please include your order number and name so we can process the return efficiently. The shipping charge will not be refunded unless the item is damaged. Returns will not be accepted where an item has been used or installed. We cannot accept any responsibility for the incorrect installation or damaged caused during the installation process.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Our typical dispatch time is 5-10 working days however this is a guide only, dispatch time may increase during busy periods or if you have ordered a bespoke product. We advise customers to wait until they have received the item before making arrangements with fitters.
An up to date estimated dispatch time can be found in the checkout and order confirmation. We will keep you updated throughout the process; you will receive an update once your order is in production and once your order has been shipped with tracking details.
